ENCHILADAS! This clip cracks me up AND makes me hungry at the same time. I *don't* think I'll be following their recipe, though. Seems like a muy loco way to make enchiladas to me! (Maybe because none of them are Mexican?)

BTW-how is it they missed the opportunity to rhyme "peso" with "queso"? Their dramaturg was SO alseep at the switch on this one!
