You are so naturally beautifullllll....to meeeeeee....
In my last post, I shared my results of the Hormone Reset Diet. The last phase of the "diet" is to eliminate as many toxins as possible from your home and personal products. That wasn't a huge change for me, but I did give my makeup drawer a mini-makeover. I actually found some great products that were free from harmful, endocrine disrupting chemicals! Watch the video to see some of my favorites.
This is a video of my most recent episode of the #Inspiriscope series that Christine A. (@Dubyawife) and I do on PERISCOPE!
In other news: Periscope has FINALLY upgraded their app for Android users. The quality is SO much better! I can't wait to share more #Inspiriscopes with you.
How has your weekend been? My last couple of weeks have been quite busy. I was so happy, then, when my Fitbloggin friend Melissa invited me to a special blogger event at Athleta at UTC here in San Diego. My friend Andrea and I showed up for coffee, pastries, fruit and a VERY challenging Yoga class!
In other news-I FOUND MY FITBIT! Click the video to hear all about it.
I'm serious, that yoga class was awesome but later that afternoon I fell asleep for about 2 hours!
How was your weekend? Get any fitness in? Or shopping?

Disclosure: I was invited to attend this event by Athleta UTC, the above represents my honest opinion.
My last big goal for 2015 is to READ ALL THE LABELS.
Here's the video showing Kia's easy household cleanser recipe:
Here's Susannah Constantine talking about Rosehip Oil-I've tried so many night creams and even very expensive products do not do as much for my skin as simple rosehip oil. Look for it at your favorite natural foods store.
Do YOU read labels? Did what you read influence you to change the products you use?

Need a last minute gift for that special Weight Watcher in your life? Or for anyone who loves to cook? I ADORE my Ninja 4-in-1 Multi Cooker, and I would never have tried it if they hadn't been at Fitbloggin this year!
That wraps up the gift guide! Hope you all have a beautiful, healthy and happy holiday.
Here's Laurie's review of the Spin Gym that sold me on the product. She looks TOTALLY different now. I love her channel! And I love a Massachusetts accent almost as much as I love a Southern one.
#4 Suzanne Somers' 3-WAY PONCHO (that is!) $19.95 at selected retailers or at 3wayponcho.com
The Southern California sun was giving me fits today, I tell ya!
If it weren't so close to Christmas I would have waited until I could get a better video made but I would hate for the special someone in YOUR life to miss out on a 3-WAY (Poncho, that is! I never get tired of that joke.)
Hope you are finding these gift ideas helpful. What cool stuff have YOU bought off the TV lately? Please share!
Happy Vlogmas!
Wishing you love with extra cheese,
Nacho Mama

I swear this is the LAST mug on my gift guide! But I love these so much. And how cute is this puppy (also, I will try to wear makeup in the future)?
I checked, I got the mugs on QVC. This holiday season they have a set of 6 mugs for $30, which is great since they tend to run about $7 each anywhere else. You even get cute gift boxes!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS and stay tuned for more gift ideas.
How are the holidays treating you so far? I can't believe how quickly it's all going by! I was shocked when I logged onto Youtube and saw that it's been almost SIX WEEKS since I last uploaded a video. And the podcast? Not since October 17. (I'm working on the next one, no worries!). It didn't seem like that long, but then I started getting "Are you okay?" messages from some of you, so I guess it has been that long.
Construction continues around here and we are puppysitting this guy...
til New Year's. So I guess I kind of lost track of time.
MANY of you have been asking me to post a review of the Activelink 2.0, so here's a video.
The ONLY things I DON'T like about the new Activelink are:
1. It still doesn't count steps. It really seems like it wouldn't have been that hard to add that feature, but maybe I'm wrong.
2. There STILL is no way to share my "Activelink Day" on social media! I've have been begging for this on Twitter since the original Activelink came out. Maybe for the next upgrade?
All in all, though, I really love the new AL. I think we're getting a WHOLE lot more for our money than with the first one, and I thought the first one was the bee's knees.
ALSO-not mentioned in the video but FYI: until 12/20/14, when you JOIN WW and purchase a monthly pass, you will receive the new AL 2.0 device for free! If you are an existing member and monthly pass holder, you will be able to purchase the device for only $24.95.

The calendar says it's finally fall, but the thermostat here in Southern California says the calendar has another think comin'!
Fall is my FAVORITE time of year, so I've decided to forge ahead, even though I'm still running the AC.
It all starts with the fashion...here's an #OOTD that pretty much exemplifies my fall fashion:
I LOVE tunics in fall! Mostly because I love dresses (except sweater dresses, which I always find get too lumpy and hot by the day's end) and most tunics fit me like a dress, since I'm just under 5'2". See where this tunic hits the model vs where it hits me?
It pretty much never gets cold enough here to require boots. I love them and usually buy a pair but I decided to skip it last fall and never noticed the difference. So today it's leggings with patent ballet flats.
Olivia patent ballet flats by Vionic
I was drawn to this tunic (by Susan Graver, you know how I love my QVC!) not only for the comfort factor but because the print reminds me of the work of Vera Neumann, one of my favorite designers. My mom wore a lot of Vera when I was a kid and I guess it made an impression. I also like that a fall tunic looks great on women of every size and shape.
The bag is Betsey Johnson (yes, from DWTS) aka my FAVORITE FASHION DESIGNER OF ALL TIME. OF ALL TIME!
I have my eye on you, Betsey bag. You're next!
While I love fashion, I hate hunting for clothes at the mall, so I always order things online. I have more great tunics and looks coming in the mail, so stay tuned!
Leggings: Bally shapewear legging, I got these in a swag bag at a blogger lunch hosted by the beautiful Monique of Curves and Chaos four years ago and they're still going strong. I think they were from Macy's?
WELCOME BACK! Yes, we're back on the air. Today we've got a sneak peek at upcoming shows & guests, plus some of my favorite weightloss-friendly food finds and gadgets.

NOTE: NO ONE from Orthaheel or any other company contacted me for this review. I just LOVE THESE SHOES and wanted you to know about them! The shoes shown in the video were purchased by me and mom. :)
You can buy these at footwearetc.com, Zappos.com, QVC.com, 6pm.com and Orthaheelusa.com.
YES FELLAS-they make shoes for men, too!

Tis the season! This is the time of year when I start pouring through every
holiday gift guide I can find, trying to zero in on the perfect gift for
everyone on my list. Yes, it's fun, but it's so time consuming! I can't tell you
how many times I've thought, "I wish I could just plug in my niece's (or
co-worker's, or client's) tastes and just get a list of stuff she'll like,
already!"
I can't believe it, but the folks at SheKnows have developed a CUSTOM GIFT
GUIDE tool, which gives you a list tailored specifically to the Facebook
preferences your family and friends!
Last October I was invited to an event with acclaimed nutritionist Ashley Koff, to learn about the importance of buying FAIR TRADE products. The event really opened my eyes and changed my shopping habits!
buy products with this label whenever you can!
Why should you shop Fair Trade? Here's a cute video that explains why:
