Do you have any tips on following Weight Watchers on special diets including vegan?

Hi Kay Lynn! That's a GREAT question! Yes, there are defintely some things you can do to make it easy. I'd say not to feel like you MUST eat dairy and just be sure to track everything-yes, even zero point foods. For vegans, since so many things they eat are zro points, you might want to run things through the Recipe Builder, which will give your veggies a pp+ value that you can count more easily. Weight Watchers' website has lots of resources for special dietary needs, including vegan. But I'll put together a few of my favorite tips and address them on the next podcast-THANKS and GOOD LUCK!

Hi there! I found your podcast in February when I started Weight Watchers (I did a web search for Activelink reviews, and you popped up). Congratulations on reaching goal, and thanks for all the inspiration.
