Having a "Fat Day"? Sometimes you have to go straight to the top.

So, I woke up this morning and had a feeling it might be a "fat day"...

As I'm sitting here typing this, I haven't had breakfast yet and want more than anything to throw the entire box of toaster strudels into my oven, heat them up, and enjoy them with half a tub of fatfree Coolwhip.

But I know that isn't in my best interest. And certainly not the way I want to end another great week of tracking and staying on plan.

So-I reviewed my New Year's resolutions. This is THE YEAR I want to make my goal weight right? Still want the strudel.

I surveyed my weightloss blogger friends' sites for inspiration and? Still want the strudel.

Before the situation got completely out of control, I decided to treat my craving like an unsatisfied customer at a department store. That's right. I took my craving straight to the top.
God bless that woman.

Thank you Jean!!! Yes, I am DROPPING THAT FORK (even though I was totally going to eat the strudel with my hands).

I feel so much better now-don't you? Now, off to fix myself a sensible breakfast!

Thanks! I ended up having a filling and healthy breakfast sandwich with eggwhite, ham and cheese on a high fiber english muffin and some cherries. MUCH better. :)
