UPDATE: Had my employee weigh-in this morning and, after only 3 days on Simply Filling, I'd lost TWO of the three pounds I gained at Fitbloggin! YAY! I'd still like to lose another 4-5 pounds this summer, so I'm sticking with SF/SS for the time being.
